4. PUBLIC HEALTH – Contract Amendment (Dr. Bob Dannenhoffer)
First amendment to Contract #159810 between Douglas County and the Oregon Health Authority to provide an increase of funding in the amount of $5,529.00 for PE-46 RH Community Participation and Assurance of Access.

5. COMISSIONERS – Contract Modification (Commissioner Boice)
First modification of Contract #31050 between Douglas County and United Community Action Network (UCAN) to change not-to-exceed amount to $24,000.00, revise Scope of Work and extend term date to December 31, 2020.

6. COUNTY COUNSEL – Ordinance Amendment (Paul Meyer)
First reading of Ordinance #2019-09-03 which amends sections 10.08.020, 10.08.060 and 10.08.080 of the Douglas County Code to more clearly define the sections of “abandoning a vehicle”, “prohibited acts” and “county official”.

7. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – Transfer of Assignment (Sean Fallon)
Transfer of assignment from the Douglas County Transportation Department to the Transportation District for the Software License and Services Agreement for the RouteMatch transportation system software.

8. JUVENILE – Intergovernmental Agreement (Aric Fromdahl)
Intergovernmental Agreement #14323 between Douglas County and the State of Oregon by and through the Oregon Youth Authority which provides reimbursement to Douglas County in an amount not to exceed $16,272.00 for expenses related to youth and flex fund spending from July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2022.

9. PLANNING – Hearing and Annexation of Property (Joshua Shaklee)
Hearing for Annexation of property and Order Incorporating Territory to the Douglas County Fire District No. 2. (Chief Petitioner: Alldredge/Bly)

10. PUBLIC WORKS – Contract Modification (Scott Adams)
First Modification of Contract #31539 between Douglas County and First Strike Environmental to increase no-to-exceed amount to $50,000.00. All other terms remain unchanged.

11. PUBLIC WORKS/FLEET – Purchase Authorization (Scott Adams)
Order authorizing purchase of one (1) 2020 Ford Explorer base model 4x4 vehicle from Lithia Ford of Roseburg at a purchase price of $29,652.00 for the Building Department.

12. PUBLIC WORKS/FLEET – Purchase Authorization (Scott Adams)
Order authorizing purchase of one (1) 2020 Ford F150 Super Cab 4x4 vehicle from Lithia Ford of Roseburg at a purchase price of $26,449.00 for the Assessor Department.

13. PUBLIC WORKS/SOLID WASTE – Contract (Scott Adams)
Contract #31875 between Douglas County and Tex-Mex Erosion Control Services Inc for landfill covering services. Term date: August 31, 2020 with a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000.00.

14. PUBLIC WORKS/SOLID WASTE – Contract Modification (Scott Adams)
Second Modification of Contract #31755 between Douglas County and PPV, Inc. for the disposal of the emergency leachate release from the Roseburg Landfill.

15. SHERIFF – Communications Service Agreement (Sheriff Hanlin)
Communications Service Agreement between Douglas County and the Myrtle Creek Fire Department for radio and dispatch usage. Term date: June 30, 2022.

16. SHERIFF – Communications Service Agreement (Sheriff Hanlin)
Communications Service Agreement between Douglas County and the Glendale Rural Fire Protection District for radio and dispatch usage. Term date: June 30, 2022.

17. SHERIFF – Communications Service Agreement (Sheriff Hanlin)
Communications Service Agreement between Douglas County and the City of Myrtle Creek for radio and dispatch usage. Term date: June 30, 2022.

18. SHERIFF – Communications Service Agreement (Sheriff Hanlin)
Communications Service Agreement between Douglas County and the Kellogg Rural Fire Protection and EMT District for radio and dispatch usage. Term date: June 30, 2022.

19. SHERIFF – Communications Service Agreement (Sheriff Hanlin)
Communications Service Agreement between Douglas County and Bay Cities Ambulance for radio and dispatch usage. Term date: June 30, 2022.

20. SHERIFF – Contract Modification (Undersheriff Frieze)
Modification of Contract #140L0618C0047 between Douglas County and BLM to provide BLM forest patrols for the period of October 1, 2019 – September 30, 2020 for a total of $151,981.10.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held September 18, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
