4. COUNTY CLERK – Contract Extension (Patricia Hitt)
Fourth Extension of Contract #28901 between Douglas County and Indecomm Holdings, Inc. dba Indecomm Global Services to provide e-recording services.

5. HUMAN RESOURCES – Contract Extension (Michael Kurtz)
First extension of Contract #30712 between Douglas County and CIS Trust to extend the contract to August 31, 2019. All other terms remain unchanged.

6. LAND - Purchase and Sale Agreement (Tony Page)
Purchase and Sale Agreement between Douglas County and Oregon Only Development LLC.

7. LAND – Lease (Janet Coleman)
Lease between Douglas County and Umpqua Community Health Center for the property located at 316 W “A” Ave, Drain, OR 97435.

8.PLANNING – Hearing – Annexation of Property and Order Incorporating Territory (Joshua Shaklee)
Hearing for Annexation of property and Order Incorporating Territory to the Oakland Rural Fire District (Chief Petitioner: ROBERSON)

9. PUBLIC WORKS – Auctions Services Contract (Scott Adams)
Contract #31263 between Douglas County and I-5 Auctions for auction services to sell the surplus property owned by Douglas County.

10. PUBLIC WORKS – Change Order (Scott Adams)
Change Order #11 for Contract #29925 between Douglas County and R&G Excavating, Inc. Due to a manufacturing delay the projects substantial completion date is extended to October 13, 2018.

11. PUBLIC WORKS Fleet Services – Budget Adjustment (Scott Adams)
Budget Adjustment Request for Fleet Services for the purchase of ten (10) Police SUV's and one (1) new Pick-Up for current Fiscal Year.

12. PUBLIC WORKS Fleet Services – Order Authorizing Purchase (Scott Adams)
Order Authorizing Purchase of Ten (10) new Ford Explorer PPV’s from Landmark Ford Lincoln of Tigard, Oregon. Douglas County is authorized to purchase from State Price Agreement Contract #5550 and purchase is exempt from competitive bidding. Total purchase price: $332,697.95.

13. PUBLIC WORKS – Intergovernmental Agreement (Scott Adams)
Intergovernmental Agreement between U.S. Forest Service and Douglas County for the striping of a double yellow centerline on Forest Service Route 2900 (Jackson Creek) for ten (10) miles. The Forest Service will reimburse Douglas County Public Works for actual expenses incurred, not to exceed $3,000.00.

14. SENIOR SERVICES – Contract Extension (Jeanne Wright)
First extension of Contract #30628 between Douglas County and Bateman Community Living, LLC to provide meals for seven senior dining sites. Maximum expense of $419,572.00.

15. SHERIFF – Intergovernmental Agreement Extension (Sheriff Hanlin)
Fourteenth (14th) extension of Intergovernmental Agreement between Douglas County and the City of Sutherlin for housing inmates at the rate of $89.64 per prisoner per day for each City prisoner accepted and housed at the Douglas County Jail.

16. SHERIFF – Intergovernmental Agreement (Undersheriff Frieze)
Intergovernmental Agreement between Douglas County and the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians to increase law enforcement services by an additional patrol deputy and patrol vehicle for FY18-19.

19. ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT MEETING
The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held August 29, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
