4. PUBLIC HEALTH – Contract Modification (Dr. Dannenhoffer)
First Modification of Contract #30873 between Douglas County and Douglas Public Health Network for FY 18-19 public health services.

5. ASSESSOR – Delegation Order (Heather Coffel)
Delegation Order allowing Heather Coffel to approve and sign Ratio Reports, Tax Certification, Mylar’s for Subdivision and Partition Plats, Tax corrections and Time Sheets.

6. BUILDING FACILITIES – Use Permit and Indemnity Agreement (Janet Coleman)
Agreement between Douglas County and Douglas Education Service District for up to 20 parking space allowance in County owned parking lot at the southeast corner of the intersection of SE Fowler Street and NE Diamond Lake Blvd.

7. COMMISSIONERS – Order of Annexation and Withdrawal of Land from Predator Damage Control District (Commissioner Boice)
Order of Annexation and Withdrawal of Land From the Predator Damage Control District for the Fiscal Year 2018-19 and certifying the charges.

8. COUNTY CLERK – Contract Extension (Patricia Hitt)
Second Extension of Contract #29995 between Douglas County and Ryder Election Services, LLC to provide ballot printing services. Extends contract term to September 1, 2019.

9. JUSTICE COURTS – Contract Modification (Machelle Briggs-Mayfield)
Second Modification of Contract No. 29498 between Douglas County and Nicholas Quinn, Attorney at Law for the provision of public defender services for the South Douglas, Glendale and Reedsport Justice Courts.

10. MANAGEMENT & FINANCE – FY19 Grant Contract (Jessica Hansen)
Grant Contract #31245 between Douglas County and ADAPT to provide early intervention, prevention and treatment services for alcohol and drug abuse. Funded by House Bill 2145.

11. PARKS – Notice of Lease Termination (Rocky Houston)
Recommendation from the Parks Advisory Board for early termination of the Bunch Bar Lease as the costs to service far outweigh the revenue received. There are two other similar facilities within 5 miles of the site that can address the needs of the traveling community.

12. PLANNING – Hearing - Annexation of Property and Order Incorporating Territory (Joshua Shaklee)
Hearing for Annexation of property and Order Incorporating Territory to the Douglas County Fire District No. 2 (Chief Petitioner: Briddle).

13. PLANNING – Hearing - Annexation of Property and Order Incorporating Territory (Joshua Shaklee)
Hearing for Annexation of property and Order Incorporating Territory to the Tenmile Rural Fire District (Chief Petitioner: Bowman).

14. PUBLIC WORKS –Hearing - Order Initiating Formation (Scott Adams)
Hearing for Initiating the Formation of a County-Wide, Non-Taxing Transit District which will be funded from Federal and State public transportation grants to provide a transportation dedicated entity to manage public transportation funding and public transportation enhancement decisions.

15. PUBLIC WORKS – Order Approving Transportation District Boundaries and Calling Final Hearing (Scott Adams)
Order Approving Boundaries and Calling Final Hearing for declaring and setting forth the name of the district as the “Douglas County Transportation District”. Boundaries generally continuous with the boundaries of Douglas County and final hearing set for September 5, 2018.

16. PUBLIC WORKS – Final Order Granting Vacation of Property (Scott Adams)
Final order of vacation of a portion of Diamond Ave. and 9th St. in Winchester Bay. All conditions have been satisfied. (Petitioner: Pauline Salado).

17. PUBLIC WORKS/Engineering – Personal Services Assignment (Scott Adams)
Personal Services Assignment #2 under Contact #31096 between Douglas County and LTM, Inc dba Knife River Materials, Inc. for paving roadway on Main Street in Riddle by the Railroad Crossing.

18. SOLID WASTE – Order Authorizing Purchase (Scott Adams)
Order Authorizing Purchase of Caterpillar D50-2PC Generator Set, Commissioning, ATS and Turn Key Installation of standby generator. Purchase price of $50,825.00 made via the National Joint Power Alliance (NJPA) purchasing agreement Contract #080613-CAT.

19. SOLID WASTE – Contract Extension (Scott Adams)
Second Extension of Contract #30976 between Douglas County and C-More Pipe Services to extend contract term to October 31, 2018.
