1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF May 9, 2018

3. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY

4. PARKS Contract Modification (Rocky Houston)
First modification of Contract No. 30701 between Douglas County and QSL Print Communications for the purchase of Douglas County Parks brochures.

5. PARKS Master Services Agreement (Rocky Houston)
Amendment of Master Services Agreement between Douglas County and Leisure Interactive, LLC, to include a Parks reservation portal set-up with annual maintenance and hosting. Total cost of the amendment to be no more than $1,200.00.

6. PUBLIC WORKS Bid Opening (Garrett McGraw)
Bid opening for Project # 10999, Slurry Seal, Roseburg District 2018, Douglas County, Oregon. Project consists of implementing temporary traffic control, perform crack sealing, construct emulsified asphalt slurry seal wearing surface and other items.

7. PUBLIC WORKS FLEET Purchase Authorization (Tony Duarte)
Order authorizing purchase of one (1) new Elgin Eagle Street Sweeper from Owen Equipment of Portland, Oregon, under the National Joint Power Alliance (NJPA) purchasing agreement. Douglas County is authorized to purchase from the NJPA contract #122017-FSC and is exempt from competitive bidding. Purchase price $294,688.40 for fiscal year 2018/2019.

8. PUBLIC WORKS FLEET Contract (Tony Duarte)
Contract No. 31028 between Douglas County and Wire Works LLC for the prep and installation of emergency equipment on new Sheriff Patrol Vehicles. Contract term: May 1, 2018 April 20, 2019.

9. PUBLIC WORKS Modification of Contract (Tom Manton)
Third modification of Contract No. 30282 between Douglas County and HDR Engineering, Inc. for the 2017 FERC Part 12 Inspection and Report at Galesville Dam. This modification will add performing additional stability analysis to satisfy that recommendation in the Part 12 Report. Increases the budget by $39,306.00 for a total contract amount of $79,712 and extends the term of the contract to 12/31/2018.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held May 23rd, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
