Contract No. 30930 between Douglas County and Simplex Grinnell, LP, for fire alarm testing and inspection. Contract Dates: March 1, 2018 to February 28, 2019.

Order to Award Bid #132, Douglas County Cooling Equipment and Boiler Equipment Service and Maintenance Agreement to McKinstry Co., LLC.

13. COMMISSIONERS – Reappointment to Housing Authority of Douglas County (Commissioner Leif)
Request for Reappointment of Jeff Cooley as a member of the Housing Authority of Douglas County with a Term expiration of April 14, 2022.

14. COMMISSIONERS – Reappointment to Museum Advisory Board (Commissioner Leif)
Request for Reappointment of Analicia Nicholson as a member of the Douglas County Museum Advisory Board with a term expiration of June 30, 2020.

15. PARKS – Resolution (Rocky Houston)
Resolution authorizing Douglas County Parks Department to apply for a Local Government Program Grant from the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department for the rehabilitation of Windy Cove County Park, Loop B Campground.

16. SOLID WASTE – Contract Extension (Scott Adams)
Eighth Extension of Contract No. 26313 between Douglas County , Green Sanitary District and the City of Winston for treatment of Roseburg Landfill leachate at the Winston-Green Wastewater Treatment Facility. Extends Contract to December 31, 2018.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held April 4, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
