2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for January 8, 2020 Meeting

3. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY (Please Indicate Agenda Item #)

4. PUBLIC HEALTH – Contract Amendment (Dr. Dannenhoffer)
Sixth amendment to Contract #159810 between Douglas County and Oregon Health Authority to provide a decrease of funding in the amount of $1,204.00 for PE51 Public Health Modernization Implementation and an increase of funding in the amount of $30,819.00 for PE51-02 Regional Partnership Implementation.

5. PARKS – Assignment of Contract (Rocky Houston)
Assignment of Contract #30000031 between Douglas County and OBEC Consulting Engineers to DOWL, LLC fore FEMA event #4232. All other terms remain unchanged.

6. PUBLIC WORKS – Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment (Scott Adams)
Second amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement #32327 between Douglas County and Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the Garden Valley: Browns Bridge to Roseburg City Limits Project. Amendment increases total project cost estimate to $1,705,642.88 with $1,530,473.33 being federally funded.

7. PUBLIC WORKS/Ops & Maintenance – Contract (Scott Adams)
Contract between Douglas County and Parkhurst Excavation, Inc., for road maintenance services on an on-call/as needed basis not-to-exceed $50,000.00 with a term date of December 31, 2020.

8. PUBLIC WORKS/Ops & Maintenance – Contract (Scott Adams)
Contract between Douglas County and Knife River Materials, for road maintenance services on an on-call/as needed basis not-to-exceed $50,000.00 with a term date of December 31, 2020.

9. SHERIFF – Communications Service Agreement (Undersheriff Frieze)
Communications Service Agreement between Douglas County and the Milo Rural Fire Protection District for radio and dispatch usage. Term date of June 30, 2022.

10. SHERIFF – Communications Service Agreement (Sheriff Hanlin)
Agreement between Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and the US Forest Service for patrol services in the amount of $68,257.13 for calendar year 2020.

11. SOLID WASTE – Contract Modification (Gabe Forrester)
First modification to Contract #31875 between Douglas County and Tex-Mex Erosion Control Services, Inc. to increase the not-to-exceed amount to $85,000.00. All other terms remain unchanged.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held January 22, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
