1.) Umpqua Economic Development Partnership request of the following: (a) A Comprehensive Planning Amendment from Industrial (IN) to Commercial/Industrial (CI) and zone change from Heavy Industrial (M-3) to General Commercial (C-3) on a 8.00 acre unit of land; and 2.) The relocation of 1.35 acres of Tourist Commercial (CT) from the Southeast portions of the property to a location along the right-of-way of Industrial Way Road. The properties are located on each side of Industrial Way (County Road No. 906A), respectively northwest and northeast of its intersection with Pruner Road (County Road no. 20) within the Tri-City Urban Unincorporated Area of the Myrtle Creek Urban Growth Boundary
