1036 SE Douglas Street, Roseburg, Oregon.

SALE NAME & NUMBER: 1 Cedar Hollow Salvage #305
LOCATION: Travel east from Canyonville OR on County Road #1 (Tiller-Trail Highway), to approx. milepost 7.9. Turn left across green metal bridge onto Days Crk. Cut-Off Co. Rd. #42. Travel approx. one mile to yellow sign at gravel road. Turn left onto BLM road. Leave gate as you find it. Travel to end of rock and another yellow sign. Recommend ATV or walking as dirt road is not as firesafe. Travel approx. 4000 feet to BLM-County property line. First blowdown area is approx. 300 feet into County. Small plantation and second blowdown area is about 2000 feet out north spur.

PROJECT WORK: The down and leaning and standing dead trees will be harvested and hauled to the mill during the 2017 season. The remainder of the volume can be harvested during the 2018 season. After hauling is complete each dry season, restore waterbars to pre-operation condition. All yarding and hauling for the 2017 season must be complete by October 15. Perform operator road maintenance on the BLM roads 30-4-6.0, 30-5-1.0, and 29-5-36.0 segments A,B, & C.
